FAME is seeking a knowledgeable, driven and compassionate individual to become part of the Business Team as a Business Programs Manager. The individual in this position is responsible for administering and managing FAME’s portfolio of commercial loans, managing workout officer, programs specialist, commercial loan assistants, and commercial loan administrator, maintaining consistent operations and process improvements, and supporting FAME products and services. In collaboration with the senior commercial loan officer, the individual will identify process improvement opportunities and onboard new programs accordingly.
