Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role located in York, ME with some work from home accepted. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and preserving strong relationships with our clients by providing exceptional customer service. You will be the liaison between clients and insurance carriers and will be responsible for monitoring insurance policies, ensuring compliance, and recommending insurance upgrades and changes. You will also be required to engage in business development to promote the company by networking and attending industry events.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
• Organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Ability to effectively problem-solve and make decisions
• Knowledge of insurance policies, coverages, and regulations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software
• Licensed insurance agent or willingness to obtain a license (training will be provided)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $65,500.00 per year
