Gather feedback from producers and stakeholders to inform product development decisions. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure technical specifications align with user needs. Participate in agile development processes and monitor key performance metrics. Champion the product internally, ensuring stakeholders understand its value proposition. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field. Proven experience (5 years) as a Product Manager, preferably in insurance sales. Strong understanding of Salesforce or similar CRM platforms. Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills. Data-driven mindset and ability to analyze metrics. Preferred: MBA or advanced degree. Experience with agile development methodologies. Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) or Benefits insurance lines. Previous experience as a Producer, Account Executive, or has been in insurance operations. Knowledge of insurance agency operations. Familiarity with insurance regulations and compliance.
