Job Summary:
Hyundai of Venice is seeking a highly motivated and experienced F&I Manager to join our team in Sarasota, Florida. As the F&I Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all finance and insurance functions for our dealership. This is a full-time, management position with a salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all finance and insurance processes for the dealership
- Train and mentor sales team on F&I procedures and best practices
- Ensure compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations related to F&I
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with lenders and insurance companies
- Review and analyze credit applications to determine appropriate loan and insurance offerings
- Submit complete and accurate loan and insurance documents to lenders and insurers
- Assist customers with completing necessary paperwork and understanding financing options
- Monitor and track F&I department metrics and make recommendations for improvement
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or questions regarding financing or insurance
- Keep abreast of market trends and changes in the industry to make strategic business decisions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an F&I Manager in the automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of F&I products, services, and procedures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and dealership management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize and multitask effectively
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
