Finance & Insurance Manager jobs in Springfield, OH

Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding and purchasing the right unit for their needs
-Lead generation
-Ensure salesperson's outbound calling and lead follow up
- Maintain a clean and organized sales desk
- Meet or exceed sales goals and targets of back end products
- Maintain communication with prospective clients for approvals

-Ability to keep all paperwork organized for deal approvals and funding

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales and finance is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus (multilingual or bilingual)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Time management skills to ensure productivity during shifts
