Description:

Big Hometown Motorsports is seeking a Finance Manager to join our team in Marietta, Ohio. We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, customer service oriented and LOVES Motorsports. Our Finance Manager is responsible for guiding customers through the financing and insurance processes and complying with all regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a passion for customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Financial Consultation: Provide excellent financial advice to customers by helping them choose the best financing options for their purchase.
• Liaison with Lenders: Build and maintain strong relationships with financial institutions to secure competitive financing options for customers.
• Insurance Guidance: Educate customers on insurance products available and assist them in selecting appropriate coverage for their purchase.
• Documentation: Ensure all paperwork is flawless on all finance and insurance documents and adheres to legal and industry regulations.
• Follow Big Hometown Motorsports’ Sales Process.
• Explain various Products and Services available at Big Hometown Motorsports.
• Portray a positive attitude and represent Big Hometown Motorsports’ customer service focus to all customers.
• Must possess computer skills. CRM Experience is an added benefit.
• Must be eager to continually learn new products and features. Training will be provided.
• Must maintain professional appearance and personal hygiene.
• Finance & Insurance Sales experience is preferred.
