Requirements:

· Direct, recent experience with project management, asset development, and creating or maintaining projects.

· In depth hands-on knowledge of project delivery management tools.

· In depth hands-on knowledge of the Microsoft product suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio.

· Working knowledge of SharePoint.

· Significant experience in meeting facilitation and negotiation skills.

· Significant experience resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.

· Good understanding of the organization’s goals and objectives.

· Excellent written and oral communication skills.

· Excellent interpersonal skills.

· Advanced time management skills.

· Advanced knowledge of financial/accounting procedures a plus.

· Advanced supervisory skills (i.e., mentoring/coaching/motivating/managing team members).

· Advanced understanding of service delivery and project life cycles.

· Advanced project planning, management, and delivery skills.

· Advanced problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

· Extensive public speaking experience.

· Highly self-motivated and directed.

· Ability to absorb new ideas and concepts quickly.

· Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

· Advanced understanding of state government generally, and the judicial branch specifically, a plus.

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $45.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
