Finance Manager manages the daily financial activities and functions for an organization including accounting, budget, credit, insurance, tax, and treasury. Ensures all financial operations are in compliance with governmental rules and regulations. Being a Finance Manager forecasts and manages a cash flow that meets the needs of the company. Provides guidance to managers in financial reporting objectives and standards to ensure accurate, compliant and useful financial reporting is produced. Overview:
We are seeking a Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for all final purchase process and legal paperwork within the dealership. Part of the role will be to offer and sell finance products such as finance terms, extended service plans, theft insurance, protection products etc. while maximizing customer satisfaction and dealer profitability. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with finance and insurance standards and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- implement product sales strategies and techniques
- undergo factory H-D training
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to senior management
- Prepare and present financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Coordinate with external auditors during the annual audit process
- Ensure compliance with International Accounting Standards (IAS) and other relevant regulations
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on financial matters
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred
- Proven experience as a Finance Manager or similar sales/banking role
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, loan procedures and principles
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Be a go-getter with strong work ethic and desire to win and continuously improve
