Pay Rate: $120,000-140,000 annually (BOE)
Summary:
The Finance Manager plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our organization. This position is responsible for overseeing all financial activities, from budgeting and forecasting to accounting and reporting. You will be a key strategic partner to senior management, providing insights and recommendations to inform decision-making and drive profitability.
Responsibilities:
Financial Planning & Analysis:
- Develop and manage annual budgets and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow.
- Monitor financial performance against budget and report variances to management.
- Conduct cost-benefit analyses and feasibility studies for new projects and initiatives.
- Analyze market trends and identify potential financial risks and opportunities.
Financial Reporting & Accounting:
- Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of all financial records and reports.
- Prepare financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and other financial functions.
Internal Controls & Risk Management:
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial integrity.
- Identify and assess financial risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews of financial processes and procedures.
Management & Leadership:
- Lead and supervise a team of finance professionals.
- Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
- Foster a collaborative and results-oriented environment.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of management and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Proficient in financial modeling and forecasting tools.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software preferred.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
