Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join our team. As a Finance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities within the organization. This includes managing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing strategic financial advice to senior management. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent analytical abilities, and a deep understanding of financial principles and practices. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls - Prepare and present financial reports to senior management - Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable - Conduct financial analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Manage the budgeting process and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines - Collaborate with other departments to develop financial forecasts and projections - Provide guidance and support to finance team members - Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in finance Skills: - Strong leadership abilities with experience in team management - Knowledge of food service management, hotel operations, banquet services, catering, bartending, food handling, food production, and restaurant management - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data - Proficient in financial software applications and Microsoft Office Suite - Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present financial information to non-financial stakeholders - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work output - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment We offer competitive compensation packages along with benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
