Leader of a multi-disciplined asset team with primary focus as the team’s key Finance and Accounting resource

Position Responsibilities:

• Manage team that oversee, Interpreting and reviewing financial responsibilities on forecasting and working directly with operational personnel in development of budgets, quarterly reviews and variance analysis.
• Responsible for groups analyzing and reporting key financial and operational data to both operations and accounting needs.
• Overseeing and ensuring development projects are in compliance with corporate accounting policies and joint operating agreements.
• Providing business support for operations including financial and economic analysis.
• Job level commensurate with experience and skill set

Position Requirements

Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting; Masters of Business Administration (MBA) of Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.

• 8 or more years of professional experiences in finance or accounting
• Strong leadership abilities
• Proven knowledge of financial analysis, strategy, financial modeling, budgets, variance analysis and management reporting
• Attention to detail
• Strong team, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Personal integrity and an ability to maintain the confidentiality of company information
• Ability to multi task
• Specific industry experience required
