POSITION SUMMARY

As the Finance Bookkeeper, you will be handling the accounting needs of the organization. You will use accounting and bookkeeping software to stay organized. You will be responsible for providing the highest level of customer service while interacting with our valued clients. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of financial/accounting principles and tax compliance, be a motivated team player who can maintain efficiency and accuracy when multitasking and have an aptitude for business. We are looking for a positive, reliable and motivated individual. This position reports to the Chief Financial Officer. The salary for this position is $60,000 (negotiable based on experience).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accounts receivable processing
• Accounts payable processing
• Processing invoices
• Correspondence with clients as needed - pertaining to invoices
• Resolve issues with payments, discrepancies, and chargebacks
• Must meet certain deadlines
• Managing Workflow
• Additional reporting to management as needed

DESIRED SKILLSET/EXPERIENCE

• Demonstrates Experience with processes including A/R and A/P
• Microsoft Excel experience required
• QuickBooks experience required
• ConnectWise Manage experience a plus (not required)
• NetSuite experience a plus
• Accurate and timely data entry skills, attention to detail, and thoroughness
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive client and company information.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently
