Finance Supervisor jobs in Paramus, NJ

John Mini is looking to hire a Finance Supervisor to our passionate team of professionals!

The Supervisor will be responsible for all areas pertaining to accounting and financial reporting.

This is a full-time role, with career advancement opportunity, that will report out of our Congers, NY headquarters.

You will:

• Prepare and ensure accurate and timely reporting of all monthly financial reports
• Lead the month-end, quarter-end and year-end processes and reconciliation of accounts
• Oversee cashflow management, including timely processing of payments and collections
• Provide assistance for payroll processing as need be
• Work closely with the Director of Finance to coordinate internal and external audits
• Effectively supervise the Finance Department personnel
  
  

You have:

• A thorough understanding of company accounting, financial reporting and general ledger structure
• BA in Accounting/Finance, or related field
• At least 2-years experience working in a Finance/Accounting role
  
• Advanced proficiency with all Microsoft Office programs
