Title: Director of Finance

Position Overview:

As the Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in our organization by overseeing all financial operations, including financial reporting, P& L analysis, corporate reporting, and staff management. You will be a hands-on leader responsible for ensuring the financial health and stability of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze accurate and timely financial statements, including the P& L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial analysis.
• Corporate Reporting: Develop and present financial reports and forecasts to the executive team, board of directors, and other stakeholders. Assist in strategic financial planning and decision-making.
• Manufacturing Expertise: Leverage your experience as a manufacturing Controller to provide financial leadership and insights specific to the manufacturing industry.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting process and ongoing forecasting activities. Monitor budget performance and make adjustments as necessary.
• Cash Management: Manage cash flow, working capital, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability.
• Staff Management: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, including GAAP, and support external audits as needed.
