This position requires the ability to work in person at the St. Petersburg facility from Monday to Friday. Pay is $80,000-$90,000 per annum, depending on experience. EOE & Drug-Free Workplace.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking
· Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support
· Report on financial performance and prepare for regular leadership reviews
· Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements
· Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accurate financial reporting
· Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts
· Perform market research, data mining, business intelligence, and valuation comps
· Recommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materials
· Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards
· Evaluate pricing and make recommendations to VP of Finance and President
· Assist in the capital budget and expenditure planning processes
· Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of financial instruments, market conditions, and trends
· Develop reports for tracking/analyze KPI
· Review Budget on a monthly basis with VP’s
· Margin analysis on products
Knowledge/Skills and Abilities:
§ B.S. degree in Finance, Required
§ Three to five years of experience preferred
§ Experience with enterprise resource planning software
§ Proficiency with Microsoft Excel is mentioned in virtually any financial analyst job description; familiarity with data query/data management tools is extremely helpful (Access, SQL, Power BI, Business Objects)
§ Stay abreast of changes in financial markets and federal tax laws.
§ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
§ Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and accurately.
§ Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports
§ Ability to streamline functions and passion to learn and grow
§ High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
§ Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
§ Comfort dealing with ambiguity and the ability to work independently

§ Strong financial modeling experience
