Finance Supervisor jobs in Terre Haute, IN

Responsibilities

• Proactively works with LatAm sales and procurement and legal leadership on commercial aspects of agreements to ensure optimum inco-terms, payment plans (milestones) and terms (days to pay).  And ensure we have strong protections to invoice the customer within strict parameters (reducing unbilled conditions).
• Works with the accounting and collections teams to resolve and invoice unbilled receivables, and to act as interface with sales leadership to resolve past due collection issues with customers.
• Works with LAtAm leadership and application engineering on significant bids an a quotes, to ensure pricing and margin targets are attained, as well as other commercial terms (inco, and payment)
• Works with LatAm leadership on their fixed cost budgets and performance.  Develops pipeline savings plans and leads in execution of such.  (LatAm perimeter plus operations – Selling, Service operations and General  Admin).
• Supports inventory controls and year-end physical inventories across the region
• Supports forecasting and planning of sales and VCM 
• Reviews management financial performance reporting with senior leadership, recommends corrective actions.

Qualifications

• 7 Years in Finance leadership experience and work different countries and regions demonstrated.
• Spanish / English
• Fluent in Portuguese (deseable)
• Forecasting and Budget experience
• ERP, SOX, Internal Controls, IFRS and US GAAP knowledge
• Finance statements analysis expertise
