Qualifications (Education, Experience and Specialized Training)- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area
- At least two years of related work experience in a college or university’s Financial Aid Office

- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with university personnel, students and parents
- Ability to implement financial aid activities in conformity with federal and state regulations within university policies and procedures
