In this role, you'll work closely with students to identify and develop a financial plan that'll support them along their educational journey. 


    What You’ll Do

    • Determine student's Financial Aid eligibility for Title IV Financial Aid- including grants and loans
    • Advise and support the students on Financial Aid application procedures, costs, indebtedness, money management, and financial budgeting 
    • Obtain relevant information from prospective students to help identify and create an individualized financial plan
    • Answer questions from students, parents, or guardians pertaining to the Financial Aid process and student eligibility 
    • Maintain positive communication with the  Financial Aid Team, Admissions Team, and Student Accounts Team
    • Maintain and follow compliance of all Federal, State, and Institutional Financial Aid programs, including Federal Pell Grants and state grant programs
    • Conduct regular reviews of student files to ensure documentation is accurate and in compliance
    • Evaluate information provided by the student and make revisions to needs or dependency status

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or GED 
    • Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or a minimum 3 years of related work experience
    • General working knowledge of financial practices
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
