Job Description- The Financial Counselor is responsible for ensuring that all surgical and pain management procedures have been pre-certified. They are responsible for discussing financial obligations with the patient and collecting deposits.
Requirements- High School Diploma/GED required.
Experience required in one or more of the following areas: patient care, public relations, customer service or other related area.
Previous knowledge of dealing with different types of insurances in a medical setting is preferred.
