ICB is seeking an individual that has appropriate experience in Title IV/FSA to be the Director of Financial Aid at a small associate degree granting college with an average of 90-100 students per year. In this position, it requires working with students face to face and assisting them through all phases of the aid process. This position requires someone that has excellent organizational, technological and communication skills as well as the ability to interact with other departments within a small college. Previous experience with FAME and Campus Cloud is a plus. This position reports to the Campus Director and Owner of the institution.
