Key Responsibilities: Imagine yourself at the forefront of financial planning and analysis for our convenience store chain, guiding our strategic initiatives with your insights and expertise. Picture yourself collaborating with store managers and regional leaders to analyze performance, identify opportunities, and drive profitability. Envision yourself presenting financial reports and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing key decisions that shape the future of our company. As the FP&A Manager, your responsibilities include:

• Leading the development of annual budgets, annual forecasts, and long-range plans for the convenience store chain.
• Partnering with operational leaders to analyze store performance, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
• Conducting variance analysis and scenario modeling to assess the impact of business decisions on financial outcomes.
• Providing financial support and guidance for new store openings, remodels, and other strategic initiatives.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and supply chain, to drive alignment and achieve financial objectives.
• Providing leadership and support to members of the Finance and Accounting team in their daily, weekly, and monthly responsibilities / goals
• Monitoring industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to inform financial forecasts and strategic planning efforts.

Qualifications: Are you the right fit for this role? Here's what we're looking for:

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and influence decision-making processes.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial planning software; experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• A strategic mindset and a passion for driving continuous improvement and innovation in a retail environment.
