Essential Job Duties: Lead the monthly financial analysis and review, analyze and communicate variance drivers, and formulate corrective actions in conjunction with the Commercial and Operations teams. Conduct accurate monthly forecasting, including P&L and balance sheet Lead robust Capex reviews to ensure optimal deployment of capital Actively participate in defining and executing long-range strategic planning Identify & act upon areas of opportunities in cost reduction, margin expansion, and process improvement Performs ad-hoc reporting and analysis as needed Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Accounting or Finance Five or more years of experience as a senior-level accounting or finance professional Prior experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred Strong data analysis, systems retrieval, and data interpretation skills Familiar with financial software and databases such as JDE, Tagetik, and Hyperion.
