Responsibilities include directly supporting the preparation of annual budgets/plans, quarterly reforecasts, and overall expense management, including analysis on key drivers for financial performance in addition to supporting field operations teams. This position works in partnership with the regional leadership team for Acrisure’s Northeast Region insurance business. Scope and Responsibilities Monitor, review, and report on trends and patterns of expenses within Acrisure’s Northeast Region insurance business. This FP&A position will collaborate with numerous cross functional teams but will focus on supporting the regional operations team and Acrisure Partner network. Effectively communicate the trends and patterns of expenses with and to various levels of management within Acrisure Support the budgeting/planning, re-forecasting, and outlook processes with regional and corporate stakeholders Prepare detailed analysis and complementary presentations to communicate actual results as compared to budget and re-forecast(s) Build relationships and partner with regional leadership and Acrisure Partners to create or enhance process guidelines and support operational execution to meet financial targets.
