You might be a good fit for this role if you understand the intricacies of accounting and finance like the back of your hand. You know how to build and interpret financial statements, balance the books, and measure the pulse of the company's financial health. Month-end close? Revenue modeling? Audit support? Expense controls and approvals? You make it look easy. But you’re not just a numbers person; you’re a strategic thinker who wants to understand every aspect of the business and you're an operator who is as comfortable talking about sales incentives, cloud spend, and support models as you are spreadsheets.

What you will do

• Lead the journey of taking Savi’s finance, accounting, and FP&A functions from checkbox to core competency and key growth lever
• Own management of P&L, Balance Sheet, and cash flow statements
• Partner with department leads to identify points of leverage in business operations
• Act as key advisor on Savi’s business and financial plan
• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual operating plan, budgeting, and financial modeling process, and communicate process and results with executive leadership team and key stakeholders
• Provide business analytics by creating reporting packages, and KPIs that manage, measure, and track the performance of key business and financial objectives for all stakeholders and departments

What you will need

• 4 years of experience in Accounting / Corporate Finance / FP&A
• Proficient in financial modeling, reporting, and financial statement interpretation
• Hands-on experience with building business plans and creating and modeling financial statements
• Excellent communicator who can present complicated financial information to a variety of stakeholders
• Experience building and managing KPI reporting packages to measure and track performance
• Strong interpersonal skills, work ethic and attention to detail
• Comfortable with fast-paced and dynamic work environments
• Prior Corporate Finance / FP&A / Audit / Investment banking / Strategy consulting experience at or for high growth technology company preferred
• MBA preferred
