Job Title : Financial Analyst
Location : Norwell, MA
Job Summary:
Billing Specialist to assist with all aspects of AR functions within the Finance team.
Responsibilities & Duties:
Accounts Receivable
Review/Interpret Client Contracts for billing parameters
Preparation of contract billing information in Salesforce in advance of sync to Sage Intacct accounting system
Liaise with Sales team to update contract renewals due for upcoming invoicing
Calculation/Verification of Fund Administrator quarterly volume billing information
Maintain quarterly volume billing data in excel workbooks; reconciliation of excel revenue to Sage Intacct GL accounts
Prepare/Generate client invoices in Sage Intacct for email transmission to clients
Correspond with client contacts to obtain Purchase Order #s for invoicing
Follow-up with clients as needed for past due invoices (including Dunning notices)
Prepare weekly AR report for CFO and Sales team
Post daily client collections received in bank accounts
Maintain correspondence in Invoices email inbox
Maintain Cashflow spreadsheet and Commissions database
Calculation of quarterly commissions to Sales team
Maintain customer files and records
Other duties as assigned
Technical Skills:
Proficient in MS Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Qualifications:
Salesforce, Sage Intacct, Oracle experience a plus
Bachelor s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Minimum 2 years of finance work experience
Personal Skills:
Excellent organization skills
Great attention to detail and accuracy
Good written communication skills
