Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Financial Analyst to join our team. As a Junior Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting our finance department by assisting with financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting. Duties:
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support the financial auditing process by providing necessary documentation and information
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and ensure accuracy
- Perform regulatory reporting in compliance with industry standards
- Utilize financial software such as and QuickBooks to maintain accurate records
- Provide support in ad-hoc financial projects as assigned
- Mentor and train junior team members in financial analysis techniques

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications
- Knowledge of corporate finance principles and practices
- Familiarity with financial report writing and presentation techniques
- Experience with financial auditing processes is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
