We are seeking a collaborative and innovative professional to join our team at our corporate office in Bloomington, IL. Nu-Way Transportation is celebrating our 30th anniversary this year.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial and analytical support for one or several business functions.
• Prepare financial review materials for presentation to management.
• Assist with ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.
• Assist with the development and monitoring of key performance metrics for business units.
• Gather and analyze information to develop and investigate potential solutions to organizational challenges.
• Project and other work may be assigned based on the business needs of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field and 0-2 years of relevant experience is preferred.
• Prior experience and proficiency with Microsoft Excel to collect and organize information is preferred.
• Capable of working independently with general supervision.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to evolving business needs.
