In this position, you will perform financial modeling on various financial products as well as measure, analyze, and forecast performance in conjunction with operating plans. This Financial Analyst role is located in the Vancouver, Washington, and it is a permanent employment opportunity.What you get to do every single day- Drive Area/Segment-level Bookings on a weekly, quarterly and annual basis, as well as P& L forecasting- Work alongside cross-functional partners in Accounting and Operations to ensure plans are properly executed- Keep tabs on monthly and quarterly performance through the comparison of actuals versus expectations, ensuring that business partners handle their resources- Have a thorough understanding of internal and external drivers and be able to explain how they are impacting performance and trending- Work with senior executives on strategic deep dives by developing financial models and insights on topics such as: Retention forecasts, Campaign Planning & Tracking, return on investment of strategic investments, strategic resource allocation and prioritization, and event tracking and execution- Lead monthly reporting to business partners on financial results and if any actions are required- An ideal candidate should be highly flexible, comfortable with large amounts of information, and adept at managing expectations- Execute and monitor forecasting reports- Survey performance to date and assess potential opportunities and risks- Work with the Accounting team on monthly and quarterly financial close processes- Deliver valuable foresight and decision support by enabling effective Business Intelligence (BI)Salary Range: 80k – 100kBonus: 10% Benefits Medical: YesVision: YesDental: YesLife & Disability Insurance: YesRetirement Plans (401K, pension, etc): Yes Paid Time Off Paid Vacation: UnlimitedPaid Holidays: 6 Paid HolidaysSick leave: Unlimited
