East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a Financial Analyst at 19 Broadway Under the direction of the Chief Financial Officer, the Financial Analyst will be responsible for financial data collection and reporting needs, creating and sending contract invoices, preparing journal entries, and providing various types of analysis and support. This position will also be responsible for working with Program Managers to help them with budget review and maintenance, especially monitoring actual vs budget variances.
Knowledge of and Proficient in:
Minimum Required Education:
A Bachelors Degree or the equivalent in Accounting, finance, or other related business discipline with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a financial analyst or senior accountant position, preferably in a non-profit setting. Knowledge of OMB 2 CFR Part 200-Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, grant reporting and Audit Requirements for federal Awards
