Who we are seeking:
We are looking for a part-time assistant to support our team with various administrative functions. Primary responsibilities include answering and screening incoming phone calls, scanning documents into files, executive assistant duties for the owner, handling building maintenance and vendor scheduling, and assisting with the organization of various marketing events.
Candidates must be proficient in Excel and Word, and they must be able to learn new systems that support the position. Candidates should be detail oriented, able to work independently and must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects while being a good communicator.
Work Hours and Compensation:
This is a part-time position located in Fort Myers, FL. With office hours from 10am – 3pm Monday – Thursday. Starting compensation is $18 per hour.
