Your New Role
This position supports the EVP and designated team members along with broader department support of WBD’s Corporate Communications Revenue & Strategy group (Ad Sales, DC, Global Consumer Products and Themed Entertainment, North America Distribution, Corporate Strategy, Global Content Sales, and more). As a key central point of the group, this person keeps executives focused and prepared through complicated meeting planning and preparation, global travel and logistics, document preparation, proofreading, vendor management and department accounts payable, interfacing with global business and creative executive offices, and representing WBD corporate communications appropriately to both external and internal contacts. The ideal candidate demonstrates a personable and welcoming style of communication and excels at detail and organization, owning the responsibilities of a key support role, and working successfully in a team environment.
Your Role Accountabilities
EVP support: Meeting prep and planning, logistics, calendar coordination and scheduling, task management
Department leader planning and support, travel, special projects
Maintaining press lists and contacts, Project summaries, Master calendar and weekly reports
Processing and Entering Accounts Payable and Invoices (SAP), Expense Reports, Finance
Group communications, document prep, email boxes
Press release review and management
Qualifications & Experience
3 years of previous executive support experience in complex organization
Studio experience helpful, communications or programming/marketing experience desired
Undergraduate degree required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, high accuracy, detail oriented
Effective and proven interpersonal skills, good judgement, tact, and presentation abilities to all levels of employees and external contacts
Project management background experience helpful
Proactive and independent-minded that excels in a group environment; Finds value in making executives successful
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $62,790.00 - $116,610.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
