    Financial Information, Inc. (FII) has an excellent opportunity available within our Operations department. We are looking for a bright, motivated individual at our Tinton Falls, NJ location. We are looking for an energetic individual that can provide Corporate Actions processing support for our company and clients. This role is important because we are building the next generation of products across all new technologies while also maintaining our existing revenue-generating products already in the field. We need a talented and versatile individual to help solve a range of interesting problems and provide support for our operations department.

    Position Summary: The Corporate Actions Analyst is a Full-Time role, who reports directly to the department manager. This role will require performing a variety of daily functions including research and data entry, to review, gather, and provide accurate and timely data for production of corporate actions services.

    Responsibilities:

    • Review materials from a variety of sources to perform research (telephone, internal systems, industry publications, etc.) of pertinent items relating to Corporate Actions events.
    • Accurately perform data entry of information for Corporate Actions events.
    • Assist in proofreading of both non-complex and complex Corporate Action items.
    • Assist in closing and release of services.
    • Participate in training of department staff.
    • Perform customer service function by answering client data inquiries.
    • Responsible for regular attendance and punctuality to meet daily deadline.

    Additional Functions:

    Any additional duties as requested by Operations management required to maintain accuracy and timeliness of all Operations services.

    Role Requirements:

    • Effective verbal, written, math, and reading comprehension skills.
    • Effective organizational skills.
    • Some basic knowledge of financial securities industries terms.
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
    • Ability to accurately produce work under daily deadline pressure.
    • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
    • Ability to work up to 40 hours a week at the designated daily office hours.
