We are seeking a highly organized, tech saavy, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Executive Administrative Assistant. This role will provide crucial support to our executive team and ensure the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Manage executive calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Conduct research and compile information as needed
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, scanning, and faxing documents
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
Experience:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to proofread documents for accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Experience with data entry and record keeping
- Previous experience in event planning is a plus
