Financial Assistant (Corporate) provides assistance to the Corporate Financial Associates. Collects data, prepares business reports, proposals, and presentations. Being a Financial Assistant (Corporate) coordinates meetings and other communications between associates and others involved in deals. Uses database, spreadsheet and other software to collect and manage data. Additionally, Financial Assistant (Corporate) may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Financial Assistant (Corporate) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Perform semi-skilled work in construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment. This seasonal position will focus primarily on grounds and lawn maintenance at all QNEB locations.
Required:
• Must be eighteen (18) years or older
• Minimum Three (3) years of experience or any combination of experience in painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, framing, demolition, and concrete.
• Knowledge of mechanical and maintenance work and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintaining and repairing facilities and buildings.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to independently perform duties with limited or no supervision.
• Ability to do sustained physical work with necessary agility.
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and must be insurable through our company.
