Description

Perform general manual labor tasks, including loading, unloading, lifting, and moving materials. Perform semi-skilled work in construction, maintenance, and repair of buildings, facilities, grounds, and equipment. This seasonal position will focus primarily on grounds and lawn maintenance at all QNEB locations.

Qualifications

Required:
• Must be eighteen (18) years or older
• Minimum Three (3) years of experience or any combination of experience in painting, basic electrical, basic plumbing, framing, demolition, and concrete.
• Knowledge of mechanical and maintenance work and repair techniques.
• Knowledge of tools and equipment used in maintaining and repairing facilities and buildings.
• Ability to follow written or oral instructions.
• Ability to independently perform duties with limited or no supervision.
• Ability to do sustained physical work with necessary agility.
• Must be able to work and be flexible with all shifts, weekends, and holidays.
• Must maintain a valid Washington State Driver’s License and must be insurable through our company.
