Responsibilities and Duties
· Part time position working approximately 20 hours per week, 10 AM – 2 PM, with some flexibility on the hours. Potential for full-time employment based on individual’s performance and company needs
· Answer the telephone and take messages as needed
· Greet clients when they attend in-person meetings
· Assist with the completion of paperwork
· Maintain and build client contact list – assist in sending out newsletters
· Develop proficiency in all necessary financial software programs
· Ensure client RMD requirements are met
· Assist with required compliance and CE training
· Assist with FINRA, TFS, and FFP compliance audits
· Assist in all office matters as needed
· Assist and maintain client files
· Assist with office technology needs
· Assist in tracking CE for all licenses and keeping licenses updated
· Capable of traveling between two offices in Bergen County when necessary. Primary office in North Arlington
· Assist in other business-related matters per ownership
