Financial Assistant (Public) provides assistance to the Public Financial Associates. Assists in the financing of taxable and tax-exempt bonds. Being a Financial Assistant (Public) prepares business reports, proposals, and presentations. Coordinates meetings and communications between all parties involved with transactions. Additionally, Financial Assistant (Public) verifies compliance with NASD and other regulations and completes all required filings for a deal. Familiar with underwriting policies, practices, and regulations. May require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Financial Assistant (Public) works under moderate supervision. Gaining or has attained full proficiency in a specific area of discipline. Role Overview
The ideal candidate will have experience with administrative aspects of the legal and administrative industry, have a working knowledge of the mortgage/real estate/finance industry, be familiar with day to day business best practices for both legal and administrative work. This position while a contracts reviewer, will be also performing receptionist duties and will be stationed at our Corporate Office’s front desk area.
