We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our marketing efforts and helping to drive the success of our company. Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize digital marketing campaigns

- Manage our team's social media presence

- Send out client gifts as instructed by our advisors

-Plan and execute office celebrations for team birthdays, anniversaries, etc.

- Coordinate small team and client events

- Manage client correspondence
- Assist in managing performance marketing campaigns, including tracking and reporting on key metrics
- Help coordinate email marketing campaigns, including writing and editing content
- Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills:

- Knowledge of content marketing principles and strategies
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels, including social media
- Basic understanding of HTML5 for email marketing purposes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
