Scope:
The Administrative Assistant at the Shared Services Center (SSC) will support the various Finance Departments. The core duties revolve around assisting others and business needs, and job duties can vary widely from day to day.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Scan incoming documents received in the mail and distribute to the proper personnel
- Access supplier portals and pull utility and freight invoices for all manufacturing sites
- Mail accounts receivable customer invoices that cannot go by electronic means
- Perform all document retention processes for select sites
- Support audit requests by providing required documentation
- Other admin items as required

Education and Experience:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
Required Experience:
- 1 years of administrative assistant experience
- Knowledge of appropriate software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat
Preferred Experience:
- Experience working within manufacturing or finance
Export Statement:
Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC. b) Reinforce to all employees the commitment of TTM management to abide by all US Export laws and regulations. c) Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL). d) Support Export Compliance Officers and others in their efforts to ensure compliance with the Corporate Export policies through implementation and enforcement of these procedures, provide training to all facilities and departments and support periodic audits as required. e) Provide feedback to Corporate Export Compliance Office for continuous improvement of procedures and overall Export Compliance program.
