The Financial Advisor Executive Assistant supports a financial advisors maintaining practice with over 1500 clients with annually projected growth rate of 10-20%. We are in search of a driven, service-oriented professional that will be responsible for overseeing scheduling, communication, and other key administrative functions. This role consolidates the duties of a receptionist, office manager, and compliance assistant. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, possesses strong written and verbal communication, and has the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Primary Duties Include
· Screen all incoming phone calls, inquiries, visitors, and correspondence, and route accordingly.
· Manage calendars and coordinate meetings for internal events etc.
· Generating new client forms for existing and new clients that require a high attention to detail; all paperwork MUST be completed with 100% accuracy due to compliance and regulatory actions.

Requirements:
·High School Diploma preferably Assoicates or higher
-Preferred experience with Financial Advisor Support
· 10 years of administrative support or equivalent experience required. Prior experience in the finance industry preferred.
· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint), Adobe Acrobat, Sales Force and database management.
· Possess extremely high attention to detail and discretion when dealing with sensitive and confidential corporate and client information.
· Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.
· Salesforce Certification
· Proficient in digital filing system ie: Paperclip
· Full time position 9am - 5pm
