    POSITION SUMMARY: 
    As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting salaried management with the overall operations of the locations.  As an Assistant Manager, you will perform the day to day operations of your assigned department(s) while also supervising the hourly department floor staff.  The departments of responsibility includes the Box Office, Money Room, Concession, Customer Service, Door, and Booth.  You are also expected to be cross-trained and competent to perform the duties in all the departments of the location.  The Assistant Manager will maintain or exceed the Company’s standards and expectations and adhere to policies and procedures.

    COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS INCLUDE:
    • $18.00-$18.90 per hour, based on relevent experience to the role.
    • PTO.
    • 401K with dollar for dollar match up to 4%.

    REQUIREMENTS:
    • The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of management or supervisory experience in a customer service driven industry, preferably in restaurant and/or hospitality.
    • Demonstrates strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality.
    • Ability to work with little or no supervision, manage time effectively and multi-task.
    • Works successfully in a team environment.
    • Perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
    • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
    • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
    • Must possess a High School diploma or GED certificate.
    • Bi-lingual a plus; Spanish preferred.
