· Starting Salary: $35,000/year

• Office Hours: Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. and Friday 8:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m.

Job Description

• Greets and welcomes office guests
• Answers and directs all phone calls
• Provides administrative support to advisors and other employees
• Schedules and confirms appointments
• Scans documents
• Receives and sorts incoming mail and prepares outgoing mail
• Assists clients by providing information; responding to inquiries; resolving problems
• Maintains client data by updating client information and documenting conversations and activity in the CRM database
• Assists with client appreciation events, seminars, etc.
• Maintains overall cleanliness of the office; stocks fridge as needed; makes coffee, etc.
• Maintains inventory of office supplies
• Maintains maintenance of office equipment
• Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
• Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential
• Performs any other duties assigned by manager

Qualifications

· High school diploma and prefer 3 years work experience

· Must be a team player and dependable

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Excellent organizational skills, including planning and prioritizing

· Working knowledge of computers and programs
