We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive Accounting Admin to join our team! This person must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision. Daily responsibilities include resolving and communicating discrepancies, performing check runs, physical and electronic filing, and more.

Location: Kennett Square
Pay: $18.00

Responsibilities:

• Organize records and documents
• Retrieve data and files for various departments and personnel
• Review and analyze account statements, manage deposits, and resolve bank discrepancies and financial disputes
• Research, resolve and communicate discrepancies and disputes
• Make recommendations for continual process improvements and ensure that procedures are documented

Education and/or Experience:

• Basic knowledge of business principles and processes
• Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to identify issues and resolve effectively
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Outlook); strong Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
