ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE

OVERVIEW OF THE ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE ROLE:

• Enter AP invoices, run and review AP outstanding, process weekly check runs for full cycle.
• The Accounting Associate assists with monitoring accruals and prepaids analysis
• Deposit client checks, process client ACH and credit cards
• Accounting Associate issues credit memos and refunds
• Contact clients as needed and provide invoices, statements or follow up on AR balances due

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR ACCOUNTING ASSOCIATE ROLE:

• Associates or bachelors degree required.
• Accounting Associate should have at least 2 years of payables/receivables experience
• Moderate experience with Excel.
• Looking for a candidate that is a problem solver & dependable.
