We hire people, not resumes. But we also expect excellence, which is why we require:

• High school diploma or equivalent



• Minimum of three (3) years of work experience in Patient Access

Preferred:

• Associate's level degree or higher



• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role



• Current Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) through the National Association of Healthcare Access Management (NAHAM) or any other accredited association approved by the Manager
