SUMMARY: The seasonal Corporate Partnerships Associate will be responsible for supporting the functions and deliverables across the Kraft Sports & Entertainment Corporate Partnerships Department. The role requires close coordination with the corporate partnerships teams to understand the collective needs of the department and to collaborate across projects and partners. The Associate will contribute to the overall corporate partnerships business for the New England Patriots, New England Revolution, and Gillette Stadium.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Contribute to management of corporate partnerships by supporting partner programs and events to drive results and meet sponsor objectives
Provide support to members of the Corporate Partnerships team including fulfillment of contractual elements, coordinating partner events, and planning for game days
Identify opportunities to streamline current processes and procedures through inventory tracking and material sourcing
Build program recaps for corporate partners
Work major ticketed events as needed to assist with event preparation, coordination, and execution
Provide the utmost customer service to all members and guests
Work closely with Corporate Sales, Member Services, and Sales Operations
Special projects and assignments as business dictates
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree preferred
Previous internship experience working in sports marketing industry
Outstanding writing skills
Strong organizational skills, time management skills and attention to detail
Strong verbal and written communication skills with an emphasis on business writing skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including experience with building presentations in PowerPoint
