Being a Financial Associate (Corporate) identifies new investment, merger, or acquisition opportunities for the company. Provides details for the SEC registration of securities. Additionally, Financial Associate (Corporate) participates in negotiations with principles and others. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Financial Associate (Corporate) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. Position Requirements
- CNIM and/or D.ABNM certification required.
- Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a science related field required.
- Two years minimum of experience; Five plus years of experience preferred.
- Ability to work on Call.
