Responsibilities :
JD from an accredited school
2 - 4 years of corporate and commercial transactions experience, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, real estate, and contract drafting
A strong work ethic and interpersonal skills are essential.
Candidates should have excellent academic credentials, and be self-starting with a desire to do good work in a fast-paced friendly environment.
