Key Responsibilities:
- Work on a variety of legal matters related to emerging growth companies, venture capital transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
- Provide legal counsel and support on complex corporate transactions.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure legal compliance and successful transaction execution.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Emerging Growth Companies (EGC) and Venture Capital (VC) transactions.
- Admitted to practice law in California.
- Direct and applicable experience from an AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
- Strong analytical, research, and communication skills.
The salary range for this position is $250,000 – $345,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
