In the face of emergencies, fire drills, and safety inspections, you'll be a pivotal force, orchestrating protective measures to maintain an unparalleled level of safety and security. Your watchful eye will keep our camera surveillance system in check. Our ideal candidate would have open availability from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. as hours worked may shift due to business needs. **A Day in the Life** Ensure a safe and secure environment for people and property in and around the corporate office facility. Enforce building access guidelines and administer building access system, including photographs, documentation, and system controls. Interact with Burlington associates, executives, and vendor representatives in a professional manner, providing quick attention to answer questions and find solutions. Assist in emergency situations, fire drills, safety inspections, and other tasks designed to maintain a high level of protection and safety. Use and maintain a working camera surveillance system completing necessary testing, updates, and record keeping. Perform various tests and/or audits to ensure execution and identify issues that require attention from management, conduct investigations and accurately document findings. **You’ll Come With** High school diploma; college credit and/or prior military experience preferred 1 years of security or related experience Valid Driver’s License High degree of integrity; constantly demonstrating sound moral and ethical principles. Experience executing policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Emergency Action Plans, and post orders; must be able to read all operating procedures and instructions and give clear instruction during emergency incidents Experience monitoring security operations through camera surveillance systems Basic experience in use of computers and related equipment, including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook AED and CPR certification preferred **Physical Requirements:** Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time Must be able to raise and lower objects up to 25 lbs Must be able to climb stairs, ramps or ladders occasionally during shift if needed Must be able to respond appropriately during crisis events Must be able to regularly bend, stoop, or crouch (frequency and duration will vary per daily business need) Must be willing to travel to nearby corporate locations as directed for assignments. _Come join our team.
