Financial Associate (Public) gathers and interprets financial data and coordinates the process for the origination of debt securities used to finance public projects for housing, utilities or other municipal initiatives. Develops estimates of services and completes a comprehensive analysis of project, including bond ratings and insurance. Being a Financial Associate (Public) collaborates with public officials in analyzing the necessary bond and cash flow reports that are associated with the projects. Starts the offering process and may make recommendations to interested investors. Additionally, Financial Associate (Public) coordinates preparation of all offering documents. Manages the bond issuance process and assists with the offering. Depending on the size and level of project, responsibility may vary. May manage the entire project or only a portion of the deal. Requires a bachelor's degree of Finance. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Financial Associate (Public) works on projects/matters of limited complexity in a support role. Work is closely managed. The Associate Financial Advisor is an experienced-level position as a financial advisor, which means a eligible candidate would have at least 5 years experience and active CFP Marks. They support the firm by actively bringing new clients into the firm, running complex financial planning/investment meetings, and providing ongoing service and maintenance to clients. The Support Financial Advisor serves as an in-house expert on running more advanced appointments with potential clients, serving as the point of contact and advice for our eRebel and Silver Clients while helping to coach and mentor Support Advisors and our Financial Coaches.
